You will use our fully integrated SalesForce business platform for customer relationship management (CRM) to keep all your lead and customer information. This is how you will schedule appointments, create quotes, and set up recurring payments for customers. SalesForce is fully integrated with Quickbooks and has a knowledge library.

Marketing

Our call center and in-house marketing support will help you get established quickly. We recognize the majority of our franchisees are not marketing experts, which is why Mowbot helps manage your digital marketing and lead generation for as long as you’re a part of our franchise family.

 

We build your website, set up PPC and SEO to generate leads on an ongoing basis, and provide you with customizable advertising materials. Mowbot marketing is provided by an industry-leading consumer marketing team experienced in acquiring customers and generating demand for franchisees.

Training

Mowbot franchisees visit our training facility in North Carolina for one full week of training. Our program focuses both on learning how to run a business, as well as technical training related to installing robots, maintenance, and repair. We will help you master the business model.

 

We’ll teach you how to sell the services, engage effectively with customers, and establish a business plan. The technical component of our training program includes in-depth product training, as well as horticulture and grass types.
